Shipping & delivery policy

This policy applies to Newspaper Maker (newspapermaker.in), operated by Badhani Technologies (“we”, “us”).

What we deliver

Newspaper Maker is a digital software service (SaaS) used in the web browser. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, courier partners or delivery addresses.

When you get access

• Free account: ready as soon as you log in with your email for the first time, with 1 free final download.
• Paid plans and wallet top-ups: activated on your account immediately after the payment is confirmed by the payment gateway, usually within a few seconds. You will see the plan and credits on your dashboard.
• The service is available all over India, 24×7, except for short maintenance breaks.

Your PDF files

The newspaper pages you design are downloaded by you as PDF files directly from the editor, in your browser. Nothing is posted or emailed to you, and your issues stay in your account so you can download them again.

If access does not start

If money has been deducted but your plan or wallet balance does not show within 30 minutes, write to us with your account email, payment date and transaction ID. We check and activate it within 1 working day, or refund the payment as per our refund and cancellation policy.
