Design your newspaper in your browser — no expensive software needed
Newspaper Maker helps daily and weekly Hindi papers lay out professional pages. Paste the news, drop in photos and export a print-ready PDF in one click.
- Nothing to install

- Print-ready PDF
Everything a professional newspaper needs, in one place
Big-paper layouts, now within reach of local and small publishers.
Layout on a column grid
Just like professional page-layout tools, the page is divided into columns. Stories, photos and ads snap onto the grid as you drag, so every page looks disciplined.
- Masthead, date, issue and page number are set up once and carried to every page.
- Every box snaps to the column — or to a half or quarter column for finer control.
- Gutters stay even across the page. Hold Alt to move a box freely.
Fit every story to its space
Each story shows how many words are over or how much room is left, while you type. No more guessing and re-flowing at midnight.
- A live word count sits on every story box.
- Overflowing lines are shown in red, right on the page.
- Fit it in one click — grow the box, step the font size down or trim.
25+ Unicode Hindi fonts
Clean, newspaper-style Devanagari fonts with correct matras, two-colour headlines, banded sub-heads and bullets.
- Over 25 Unicode Devanagari fonts, ready to use.
- Headline room is measured per font, so matras are never cut off.
- Colour any part of a headline to make the key words stand out.
Ready-made mastheads
Banner, simple and classic designs with your logo, RNI number, date, page number and teasers of the inside pages.
- Banner masthead with photo teasers of inside stories.
- Simple masthead with RNI, website and email in an info bar.
- Classic masthead with ear panels on both sides of the title.
Print-quality PDF
Export a vector PDF at the exact page size — sharp text, fonts embedded, ready for the e-paper or the press.
- Optional crop and CMYK registration marks for the printer.
- One click from the editor to a downloaded PDF.
- Exact page size with vector text that stays sharp at any zoom.
Works anywhere, nothing to install
No software to install or update. Open Chrome or Edge on any laptop or desktop, log in and start laying out.
- Runs in the browser on Windows, Mac or Linux.
- Page thumbnails on the left, controls on the right.
- Your work is saved automatically as you go.
